Speed And Agility Training

$20 Per Player

$45 Private

Speed and Agility Training is available on a one-on-one basis or as a team. Pricing is based on individual or team training.

Please reach out directly if the total number of athletes exceeds 20.

Boot Camp

$20 Per Person

Boot Camps involve a mix of high-intensity cardio, strength training, and agility exercises. The goal is to provide a full-body workout that challenges participants' endurance, strength, and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Boot Camp Training requires a minimum of 3 participants.

1 On 1 Training

$50 Per Session

Tailored exercise program based on the individual's goals, fitness level, and any specific needs. Sessions typically include a variety of exercises, guidance on proper form, and sometimes Nutrional advice. The trainer's role is to motivate, monitor progress, and adjust the program as needed to help the client achieve their fitness goals.
